Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Laufey Merch, but if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unwashed condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure the tracking number is saved for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
